Service Manager

Requirements of this role:

Have a Full, Clean Driving License

We are based in Cumbernauld and require someone based in the central belt who is willing to travel throughout Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Heating, Ventilation, Renewables Services, etc with experience in creating and managing service team on day to day basis.

You must be flexible to work outside core hours from time to time, with some UK travel.

Valid CSCS card (Manager)

Key responsibilities include:

Identify new business opportunities within the area of company’s expertise and advice to promote profitable growth.

Ensure that budgeted gross margins are met, maintaining regular communication with the project lead for ongoing reviews.
Schedule maintenance work on day-to-day business. 

Assign jobs to Engineers and ensure the pre-requisites are arranged. 

Monitor on-site work quality, aiming for a defect-free handover process.
Attain customer satisfaction goals as outlined in the key performance indicators.
Serve as a representative of the company during client meetings.
Conduct weekly toolbox talks and perform random health and safety inspections on-site.
Adhere strictly to Health and Safety regulations and other legally mandated standards.
Coordinate with the clients to ensure timely receipt of maintenance schedules and required certifications.

Full time (may consider part time)

5 days week, 38 hours. Friday early close.

Commercial Gas Engineer 

​

Experience and Qualifications:

You will work as part of a two-man installation team, leading the team.
You must have experience in installation of commercial gas boilers and re-furnishment of
boiler houses / plant rooms.
You will be able to read and understand heating schematics, ensure a high quality of
workmanship, make sure all relevant documentation is completed and returned as required,
able to work under own initiative and are flexible and adaptable.

Acting as the on-site working in charge and responsible to communicate with clients on-site.
Ideally the candidate should have City and Guilds Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
but not mandatory.
Commercial Gas COCN1 licence is must.
Basic competence in Electrical and Controls systems associated with Mechanical Services.

You should have a good eye for detail.
Effective communicator written and verbally.
Previous experience is essential for this role. Candidates with two years’ experience who
wishes to progress and build career shall be considered.

Service Engineer 

​

Experience and Qualifications:•    

Previous experience in service and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air condition carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
City and Guilds Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
Gas Safe Commercial and Domestic licence is must.
City and Guilds F-Gas certificate is beneficial. 

Must have knowledge to handle minor repair works. 

Experience with commercial boilers is mandatory. 
Ideally the candidate should have City and Guilds Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning but not mandatory.
Basic competence in Electrical and Controls systems associated with Mechanical Services.
